Rotary head WS-1 (in cooperation with the PDT-… rotary table) is intended for profiling the working surfaces of abrasive tools using the EDM method. In particular, it is used for profiling grinding wheels, saws, and milling cutters produced by sintering powdered metals with other components such as diamond or boron nitride (CBN wheels).
