PP23ster

Description

PP23ster generator is a complete EDM machine controller. Designed for ZAP B.P. machines (>1996), improving functionality, performance, and electrode wear. It includes:

  1. PLC controller (PP15ster) enabling:
    1. Execution programs based on G and M codes
      • Processing along any straight path in work space
      • Including rotational electrode movement (A axis)
      • Along any arc in XY plane
      • Spiral movement along Z axis
    2. Software control during drilling:
      • Additional functions: electrode vibration, periodic electrode retraction, circular and square orbiting (Z-axis only)
      • Tools such as rotating head, smoothing generator
    3. Selection of one of ten work coordinate systems
    4. Declaring n-slot execution in specified direction (with or without electrode wear correction)
    5. Changing working parameters during drilling
    6. PC communication via:
      • RS232 for program transfer
      • USB Device or WiFi for program transfer and full controller control via AT commands
    7. Storing up to 30 programs on microSD
