PP15ster

PP15ster is a controller designed for CNC machines with a focus on EDM processing. Dedicated to ZAP B.P. generators (produced >1996), it enhances functionality and user-friendliness.

1. Creating execution programs based on G and M codes
• Processing along any straight path in work space, including rotational electrode movement (A axis), spiral movement along Z, and arcs in XY plane
• Software control during drilling of additional functions: electrode vibration, circular or square orbiting (Z-axis only)
• Selection of one of ten available work coordinate systems
• Declaring n-slot execution in a specified direction (with or without electrode wear correction)
2. Communication with a PC via:
   • RS232 for program transfer
   • USB Device or WiFi for program transfer and full controller control via AT commands
3. Storing up to 30 execution programs on microSD card
